Dennis was very friendly, respectful and efficient. I honestly didn’t expect an immediate fix because I thought my problem was complicated and that this would just be a diagnostic appointment. My AC unit had completely shut off and my thermostat was even nonfunctional. He pulled off the thermostat to reveal the smell of burning plastic and exposed wires. However, Dennis was able to fix my problem that same day. Within an hour or two he gave me back my AC! He resolved all of my issues and left me with a perfectly functional AC unit. I always call Mowery for this very reason. They are responsive, efficient, friendly, and reliable. In a 2 am emergency I was even able to call them for a seperate issue a couple months ago. The gentleman was very friendly and willing to come out. I asked him several more questions on whether the issue could wait and determined I wouldn’t make him come, but the availability was a great option to have and remains a great comfort.

I have had the Mowery service plan for 4 years and I highly recommend! I just had to replace my water softener and saved 20%. Erica did a great job installing the new one and even pointed out the issues with the previous piping and fixed all of it. Mowery is easy to work and have always been prompt with any appointments, usually with in a day or 2.

Mowery took care of my family today. Our AC was not keeping up with the heat, so I gave them a call on Thursday to schedule service. Less than 24hrs later our AC was serviced by Nick. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing which made me feel at ease about the situation. Nick had me up and running again in less than 1hr. I received very fair and reasonable pricing, so I will definitely call Mowery again should I need any HVAC annual services and repairs. Thank you all for your professional service and communication.

I can now understand why Mowery gets top rated reviews. Today I had my furnace serviced and fireplace. Giss and Tony came to do the services. They were very personable and knowledgeable. The services they performed were detailed and explained thoroughly to me. Prior to them coming out we had a bad chemical odor emitting from the fireplace. After they cleaned and inspected the odor completely disappeared. The fireplace also looks MUCH better then when the last company “serviced” it. Giss was extremely knowledgeable about the proper way to set the logs and embers in order to run the appliance appropriately. They also explained several ways that we can save money on maintenance and services in the future. They were a pleasure to work with!
